Get feature size

      FEATSIZE = GETFEATSIZE(A,N)
     [FEATSIZE1,FEATSIZE2,FEATSIZE3] = GETFEATSIZE(A)

Note that the feature size can be a scalar, or, in case of  object images, an image size vector.
