Test on trained mapping

     I = ISTRAINED(W)
     ISTRAINED(W)

True	if the mapping type of W is 'trained' (see HELP MAPPINGS). If
called	without an output argument ISTRAINED generates an error if the
mapping	type of W is not 'trained'.
